In this study,three soybean cultivars were implanted with N+ ion,and the genetic variation of main agronomic characters and life duration and protein content and oil content were studied with M4 generation.The result showed that the different cultivars had the same radiosensitivity of one implanted dose on the height of 1st pod,the radiosensitivity varied among other agronomic characters,the same cultivar had the same radiosensitivity of different implanted doses of height of 1st pod,the radiosensitivity varied among other agronomic characters.Growth period of soybean could be obviously shortened by implanted with N+ ion,the different cultivars had the same radiosensitivity of one implanted dose;the same cultivar had the same radiosensitivity of different implanted doses.Soybean protein content and oil content were improved notably by implanted with N+ ion,the different cultivars had different radiosensitivity of one implanted dose.The same cultivar had the same radiosensitivity of different implanted doses.
