Studies on Isolation,Purification and Bio—active of Exocellular Polysaccharides from Submerged Culture of Pleurotus eryngii

Extensive studies have showed that some polysaccharides had the function of enhancing immuni- ty.Most polysaccharides can promote animal's specific and nonspecific immunity.In this paper we repor- ted that two polysaccharides A1 and A2 were isolated and purified from Submerged culture of Pleurotus er- yngii.The polysaccharide with the concentration Of 7 mg/mL was used as immuno-potantiators,and its effects on tumors were observed.The result showed that Pleurotus eryngii polysaccharides produced anti -tumor effects in mouse.
