The technique of sequentially rotating the feed position to improve the circular polarization bandwidth of an array was introduced. According to the conception of CP antenna, the theory to widen axial-ratio bandwidth was interpreted in a simpler way and some rules to design the array were got. Finally, at 2.49GHz, two kinds of array were designed and simulated. Results present that the array using this technique can get 2 times impedance bandwidth and almost 3 times axial-ratio bandwidth of the traditional array.
