Inhibiting mechanism of the extraction of Lactarius vellereus fermenting liquid on Alternaria alternata in poplar

In order to explore the inhibiting mechanism of the extraction of Lactarius vellereus fermenting liquid on the growth of Alternaria alternata,the effects of the extraction on the mycelia growth,spore germination,protein content and synthesis of A.alternata are studied.The results of microscopic examination show that the extraction could make A.alternata hyphas swollen and abnormal,the protoplasm concentrated and the cell wall degraded.The spore could not germinate or could germinate abnormally.The inhibitory effects were increased with prolonged treatment time.The protein content of A. alternata mycelia,which was treated by the extraction,was 6.7% of the control and was decreased remarkably.Compared with the control,the protein electrophoresis bands of A.alternata mycelia treated by the extraction were changed in the color,number and location.The results indicate that the extraction could inhibit the biosynthesis of mycelia protein,so that the content of protein was decreased remarkably and the protein express was also changed obviously.
