Comparison Study on Soil and Water Loss of Cross Ridge and Longitudinal Ridge

There is existing a problem which can be the best way to conserve the soil and water at flat gradient crop land. Is it the cross ridge or longitudinal ridge? we emphases on analyzing the pros, cons and evolution of both ridges, and research a low cost practice with its mechanical equipment. It is sautible for either cross ridge or longitudinal ridge.
