Carburization and Quenching Distortion Rule's Exploration of GDL-1 Steel

The GDL-1 steel is a new bainitic micro-distortion carburizing steel.Based on many carburizing and quenching experiments,the quenching distortion rule,and simulated temperature fields of different quenching condition have been explored by computer modeling.The result indicates,The GDL steel reduces the temperature grads after the air cooling,as well as the bainitic transformation.This will play a vital role to reduce the distortion.
