The application of capillary electrophoresis in the analysis of plant protein

Protein separation technology plays a pivotal role in the study of protein.Capillary electrophoresis separation,as a relatively new technology for its high throughput,high sensitivity,fast and low consumption advantages,makes up for the deficiencies of traditional two-dimensional gel electrophoresis.In this paper,several different capillary electrophoresis separation means in the analysis of protein in plant studies were reviewed,emphasis on the advantages and disadvantages of capillary zone electrophoresis and coated capillary electrophoresis.
