Aiming at the demand analysis process in the development of enterprise information system,this paper analyses the demand description,the perfection level,the demand variations and discusses the management essentials for demand investigation,demand guidance,demand acquisition,which is instructive for demand analysers to master the methods and techniques of demand acquisition and understand the conotation of customers'needs properly.
