Knowledge and Knowledge Management: a Literature Review

Through the examination of the researches in fields of knowledge and knowledge management, taking the literature of Alavi and Leidner(2001)as outline, this article integrates the related emerging literatures on knowledge management, and systematically summarizes the concepts of knowledge, knowledge management, and processes of knowledge management.
