Research progress on overcharge behavior of Lithium ion batteries

The effect of overcharge performance of Lithiun ion battery was summarized by suming up the affecting factors such as active materials of cathode,charge regime, additives of overcharge protection,thermal stability etc,of the overcharging tolerance of the batteries.It is pointed out that prevent the safety hazard through optimizing hot stability of the anodal material and rational system of charging and discharging.The main measures of improving overcharge performance was adaptive overcharge protecting additive.
