The Clinical Application of TurbodriII to Extraction of Complex Impacted Mandibular Third Molars

Objective To Investigate the efficacy method for extraction the complex impacted mandibular third molars.Methods All 212 patients of low impacted mandibular third molars were extract by using turbodrill,and the operating time and the postoperative pain wrere observed.Result In all 256 impacted molar,the operating time of using turbodrill was significant shorter than the chisel to split method.Conclusion Extraction of the complex mandibular impacted third molars using turbodrill can reduce the postoperative reactions,therefore,it can be widely used in clinical practice.
