摘要
The inevitable requirement for the future development of quantum dot lighting is environmental friendliness. Although CuInS2 and InP are typical representatives of eco-friendly quantum dot materials, their corresponding devices exhibit suboptimal performance in terms of meeting the criteria for high-quality lighting, with issues such as insufficient color rendering index and excessive correlated color temperature. Herein, the utilization of broad-emitting Cu-In-Zn-S quantum dots as the light-emitting fundamental unit, in conjunction with directionally modulated InP quantum dots of narrow emission linewidth, has yielded a concomitant enhancement in device performance parameters. The optimal device exhibited a color rendering index of 93, a luminous efficiency of 63.3 lm/W, a correlated color temperature of 3088 K, and a CIE of (0.431, 0.404), thereby meeting the lighting standards stipulated by the American National Standards Institute. This device construction strategy holds promise for further development in the field of quantum dots green lighting.
