摘要
Abstract Herein we reported the first enantioselective acetoxycarbonylation of internal ( Z )‐alkenes, featuring with a sterically hindered Quinox ligand. The desired acetoxyester products, which could be easily transformed into various biologically important molecules, were obtained in moderate to good yields and excellent enantioselectivities, along with good functional groups compatibility. Further transformations of these acetoxyesters into natural product analogous demonstrated the synthetic utility and application of this method.
