摘要
In this paper, an optically-controlled coupling-enhanced electromagnetically induced transparency (EIT) metasurface structure based on VO 2 is proposed to achieve the switching of two EIT transmission curves and efficient amplitude modulation of THz waves. Its unit cell is composed of the polyimide substrate and vanadium dioxide islands integrated between far apart split-ring resonators (SRRs) and cut wire (CW) resonators. As VO 2 changes from insulating state to metallic state, two frequency-controlled EIT transmission curves with different Q-factors can be switched, which have similar transmission characteristics in the adjacent high-frequency band.
