摘要
primary porcine hepatocytes and R-HUVECs rapidly formed organoids with a diameter of 92.1 ± 28.1 µm within 24 h. These organoids not only maintained excellent functionality but also supported partial hepatocyte self-renewal during long-term culture over 28 days. Gene-edited primary porcine hepatocyte organoids will significantly advance the applications of hepatocyte transplantation and BAL systems.
