摘要
The valveless piezoelectric pump uses the characteristics that the internal structure of the pump body has the resistances difference in forward and reverse direction to achieve continuous flow rate. Due to the special structure in the pump body, the uncovered area phenomenon is occurred when the pump is working and it effects the output performances. In order to analyze the flowing states and output performances of the valveless piezoelectric pump under the uncovered area phenomenon, the article proposes a valveless piezoelectric pump with inverted petal combination structures. The structures and working principles are described. Then we analyze the output flow rate in theoretically. Finally, we use the ANSYS CFX to simulate the flow state inside the chamber under the different parameters of the opening interval with 0mm, 0.5mm, 1.0mm, 1.5mm and 2.0mm and resistant structure radius at 2.5mm, 4.0mm, 5.5mm, 7.0mm, 8.5mm and 10.0mm. The result shows that when the opening interval is 1.0mm and the resistant structure radius is 5.5mm, the simulation flow rate achieves the maximum of 198.59mL/min, the positive loss pressure is 48.192Pa and the reverse loss pressure is 53.66Pa. Using the uncovered area phenomenon improves the pump performances effectively, the article provides the reference value for valveless piezoelectric pumps.
