Steric effects in the electronic spectra of substituted benzophenones III: Duryl ketones

Abstract The U.V.‐absorption spectra of diduryl ketone, diisoduryl ketone and durylisoduryl ketone have been measured and mutually compared. A ketone previously described by Coops et al. as diduryl ketone was definitely established as durylisoduryl ketone.
