The reconstruction of regional technology innovation ability evaluation model

The paper firstly summaries the evaluation status of regional technology innovation ability, analyses the necessity that reconstruction of evaluation model, then construct the dynamic bidirectional and circulated evaluation model of regional technology innovation ability which consists of three main factors: technology innovation environment, investment and performance, and point out that it is under the interaction between three factors that the regional technology innovation ability shows a spiral development.
