摘要
Two new polyketide compounds, aspmacrphins C (1) and aspmacrphins D (2), were isolated from the secondary metabolites of the mangrove endophytic fungus Aspergillus sp. GXNU 2Y-10. The structures of 1 and 2 were elucidated on the basis of detailed nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) and high-resolution electrospray ionisation mass spectrometry (HRESIMS) data analysis. Remarkably, these two polyketide compounds displayed significant activity against Diaphorina citri, with mortality rates of 85.3% and 70.4% observed at a dose of 1000 mg/kg, respectively.
