Topology-Repairing Based on Inter-Satellite Laser Link Reconfiguration in Optical Satellite Networks

This paper proposes a topology-aware link reconfiguration (TALR) scheme to enhance network availability against laser terminal failures. The simulation results show that the proposed scheme reduces the probability of blocking by 27. 9% and decreases the number of isolated nodes by 23.3%.
