摘要
A bandgap reference voltage source circuit with a wide temperature range is designed. By introducing a substrate leakage current compensation circuit, the effect of substrate leakage effect on the bandgap reference output voltage is reduced, and a low temperature coefficient voltage output over a wide temperature range is achieved. The design is based on 0. 18um BCD process and simulated in Cadence environment. The results show that a stable voltage output with a temperature coefficient of 16.1ppm/° can be achieved over a wide temperature range of -40°C to +160°C with an output reference voltage of 1. 25V at 5V supply voltage.
