摘要
Through a MassQL-integrated strategy, 26 vibsane diterpenoids (VibDs) were identified from Viburnum awabuki, including 15 new compounds (1-15) and 11 known analogues (16-26). Compound 1 possessed an unprecedented seven-membered ring scaffold, representing a new type of VibD. The hypothetical biosynthetic pathway of 1 was proposed. Notably, 18 could exert the antihepatoma effect by targeting MAPKAPK2, thereby suppressing its kinase activity and subsequent phosphorylation of HSP27 in vitro and in vivo.
