Intelligent Home Environment Monitoring System Based on STM32 Microcontroller

Today, as the world economy and human society continue to develop, people's material living standards are getting higher and higher, and more and more technological achievements are integrated into people's production and life, with smart homes being one of them. Based on the needs of general households, a multifunctional home controller is developed using microcontroller and electronic sensing technology, with STM32 as the core. At the same time, by combining with the SmartCloud platform and using household WiFi as the main communication method, the controller is able to detect temperature, humidity, air quality of the household environment, and activate automatic opening and closing of curtains with a light sensor, as well as remote monitoring through a mobile app. Finally, the experiment verifies the low cost of development, configuration, and maintenance, as well as the convenience of use of this STM32-based multifunctional home smart controller.
