Researches on the Countermeasures of Cultivated Land Protection of Luoyang City

Luoyang is short of cultivated land. Per capita of cultivated land is very low,and the trends of decrease will continue with further development of economy. With respect to this phenomina,the untilization and problems of cultivated land are analyzed in this paper and a series of new measures in cultivated land protection and consistency development are offered.
