Sinonovacula constricta is a kind of Molluscs of maritime shellfish.It has hinghly nutrition value and functional ingredient.This functional ingredient has to be a hot topic of functional food and Health Care Product.In this paper,the advance in the research of nutritional and functional ingredient of Sinonovacula constricta(Lamarck) are reviewed.
