Considering to save energy and obtain active control,we choose the brushless permanent linear direct current motor as the active suspension's actuator.The fundamental structure of this active suspension is proposed and designed.The dynamic of the vehicle's suspension model was analyzed and the design of an effective controller was made.Through simulation,the result shows that this active suspension realizes the active control for the vehicle's vibration.Moreover,it can store and exploit the energy of vibration so it satisfies the command of saving energy.
