Aortic dissection in 31 cases

Objective To enhance the level of understanding for clinical characters of aortic dissection and improve the diagnosis and treatment.Methods To analyze the cause,symptoms,signs,dianosis,treatment of 31 cases of aortic dissection.Results More than 80% of the patients with aortic dissection had hypertension,most common initial symptom was severe pain.Enhanced Spiral CT have the highest accuracy of diagnosis for aortic dissection(100%).Conclusion The patients with severe chest pain and hypertension must be considered to suffer from aortic dissection,and enhanced spiral CT had the highest accuracy of diagnosis.The key pharmacological problem is to make the blood pressure stable and to be controlled,and the surgery treatment is the method to treat aortic dissection thoroughly.
