Clinical Observations on the Treatment of External Humeral Epicondylitis by Remote Acupuncture plus Medicinal Cakeseparated Moxibustion

Objective To investigate the efficacy of acupuncture plus medicinal cakeseparated moxibustion for treating external humeral epicondylitis. Methods Local acupuncture plus moxibustion, remote acupuncture plus moxibustion and simple acupuncture groups were established for comparative observation. Results and Conclusion There was no significant difference in cure rate between local acupuncture plus moxibustion and remote acupuncture plus moxibustion groups, but there was between local acupuncture plus moxibustion and simple acupuncture groups.
