Problems in Graduation Internship of Engineering Graduates and Countermeasures

Graduation internship is an important part of teaching practice.However,insufficient attention to the graduates and inadequate supervision of school,as well as poor cooperation of enterprises are some common problems presently.As a result,the quality of graduation internship is far from satisfaction.With respect to the problems mentioned above,it is important to arouse the enthusiasm of graduates,to reinforce the management and the assessment of graduate internship as well as to strengthen teachers' role in graduation internship.It is also necessary to enhance the cooperation between the schools and enterprises to improve the quality of graduation internship.With that,a more smooth transition of graduates from schools to enterprises can be better guaranteed.
