Research and Development of Carbon/Carbon Composites Joining Technique

In this paper the developments of carbon/carbon composites joning techniques are introduced. Novel methods and processes for carbon/carbon composite bonding with itself and CuZrCr、Ti-Al-V or Nb-based alloys are expatiated systematically and the application of finite element analysis in this field is summarized briefly. Finally,some feasible solutions for the primary joining problem are proposed and the future of carbon/carbon composite joining is prospected.
