A Method of Inter-Domain Communication in PacketCable Network

In this paper, a new PacketCable architecture framework of inter-domain communication is propounded on the basis of PCMM specification and PacketCable 1.x conducted by CableLabsR. With this architecture, inter-domain communication between different kinds of access networks comes true. Considering the practice, a scheme of network deployment is proponed, and the problems and its settlement are also discussed.
