Language Testing Theory and Its Scientific Application to College English Teaching

As one of the most important parts in foreign language teaching,language testing is an important method to weigh the teaching result and improve the teaching quality.By reviewing the four periods of language testing,the paper focuses on the close relationship between language testing and foreign language teaching,and gives some suggestions on the scientific application of language testing to college English teaching.
