Structure Design of Long-Stroke Chain-Type Pumping Unit with Axis Reversing

Traditional chain-type pumping unit had the problem of low reliability and high failure rate,for this reason,a kind of long-stroke chain-type pumping unit with axis reversing was developed.Gravity balance and axis reversing were used to improve the structure of weight and special chain.The disengaging device was used so the reversing impact on reversing mechanism was reduced.Experiments show that the new model kept the advantage of traditional type as long-stroke,heavy load,low mass quality and electric saving etc.Moreover,it simplified the structure and eased reversing impact.
