On several questions in library lawmaking

Library lawmaking have been becoming a great trend in the world.In the new century of high developing information and administering a country based on laws,comparatively the library lawmaking in our country falls comparatively behind so that it brings about inconvenience for library undertakings.This article discusses six aspects such as: library lawmaking is the needs of times,social service,enhancement of social status of the library,internal management and operation,outlay guarantee and united standard.Meanwhile,it points out that it is necessary and urgent in library lawmaking.And it constructively puts forward that library lawmaking should follow six principles under the constitutional guidance.
