摘要
MiR-195 could suppress mitochondrial energy production via targeting FOXRED1 and PDPR, and lead to trophoblast cell apoptosis under oxidative stress. In preeclamptic placenta, lowered level of miR-195 might be induced by chorionic oxidative stress and subsequently form a compensation mechanism to defend the disturbed energy production and cell apoptosis upon oxidative stress.
