Ergosterol, 7(8),22(23)-diene-3-one-ergostane, 5α,8α-epidioxy-(22E,24R)-ergosta-6,22-dien-3β-ol, 4,6,8(14), 22(23)-tetraen-3-one-ergostane, eburicoic acid, hispidin, hispolon, inosine, inoscavin C and protocatechuic acid were separated from fruiting body of Inonotus hispidus. The gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) experiment was carried out to analyze the composition of the oil fractions. As a result, 12 fatty acid derivatives, 2,6,10,15,19,23- hexamethyl-squalene, and docosane were identified.
