The article introduces the fabrication and transportation characteristic of optical microfiber knot resonators and the fabrication of optical microfiber which needed to fabricate the knot.Microfibers with diameter of micrometer scale are fabricated by the point fixed flame-heated taper-drawing technique.The resonator was formed by creating a knot from the more uniformly subwavelength-diameter waist of a short biconical optical fiber taper.Also we could control the free spectrum range through changing the size of the knot, and get the suitable output wave as well.Because of such a characteristic,it could be used in many areas as instance wavelength demultiplexer,laser driver,sensor etc.
