The Research Development of Synthesizing Single-Walled Carbon Nanotubes by Catalytic Chemical Vapor Deposition Method

Three main methods of syntheszing single-walled carbon nanotubes were introduced in this paper.Research on synthesizing single-walled carbon nanotubes by catalytic chemical vapor deposition method was summarized at home and abroad.It was discussed that different catalyst affected single-walled carbon nanotubes in detail.The influences of reaction conditions on the synthesis of single-walled carbon nanotubes were investigated.
