Preparation of Silica Optical Antireflective Films by Sol-Gel Process

The background and optical principle of the optical antireflective films are reviewed.The whole process in preparation and the main performances of the silica optical antireflective films by sol-gel method are discussed systematically,and the future development of the sol-gel optical antireflective films is forecasted.
