Investigation of the Operation and Management of College Sports Leagues in Guangzhou University City

This paper,using questionnaires,documentation and statistics,researches into the Guangzhou University City colleges and students to find out the status quo of the operational management of the college sports leagues and their problems.Secondly,it finds out the types of sports league operations management that students want,and then gives some suggestions.Finally it makes such conclusions: the operation and management of current college sports leagues are in the preliminary stage of development,and therefore problems exist,such as organization management,systems management,and financial management;gender and grade differences pose new challenges for the management of the league.League managers should improve the operations management level of the league and solve various problems.It can play an active role in college students' physical and mental development,and can lay a good foundation for the establishment of the inter-school sports league in the future.
