Effects of prophase protection on hematoma enlargement in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage

Objective To explore the effects of prophase protection on hematoma enlargement in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage,so as to give the corresponding prevention nursing interventions. Methods The hematoma enlargement risk factors in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage were analyzed retrospectively from 2001 to 2004,and according to the results,the prevention nursing interventions were instituted.The incidence of hematoma enlargement in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage was investigated prospectively from 2005 to 2008,and then compared with the incidence from 2001 to 2004.Results The incidence of hematoma enlargement in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage was reduced significantly,P0.05.Conclusions With the scientific prevention nursing interventions,the hematoma enlargement in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage could be controlled effectively.
