Research Progress in Analytic Methods of Grape & Grape Wine Aroma

Analytic methods of grape and grape wine aroma are the base for improving and monitoring aroma quality.The main methods concerning the extraction,the analysis and the evaluation of grape and grape wine aroma at present in China and abroad were introduced.The existed problems in the research on aroma substances were discussed,which could provide reference for grape grape wine aroma researchers.
