Overview of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Folk Medicine in Treatment of Endometriosis

Traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of endometriosis has unique advantages through the overall adjustment and many ways.It has reliable efficacy,few side effects,and does not affect the normal endometrial physiology.This paper summarizes the traditional Chinese medicine and folk medicine in the treatment of endometriosis.Traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of endometriosis includes: internal treatment,external treatment,acupuncture and moxibustion,acupoint application,comprehensive therapy,combined therapy of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine,and other therapies;folk medicine in the treatment of endometriosis is diet therapy.But there are still some problems to be solved about the traditional Chinese medicine,and the efficacy of folk medicine is still to be confirmed.
