Removal of Bacterial Endotoxin by Chromatography in Purification of Recombinant~(125) Ser-IL-2

Based on the property of bacterial endotoxin,the effects of affinity chromatography,ion exchange chromatography and hydrophobic interaction chromatography on removal of endotoxin in the pu- rification of recombinant12 5Ser- IL - 2 were compared. Though PME affinity chromatography performed a best result,ion exchange chromatography was more reasonable because itcould also improve the purity of 12 5Ser- IL- 2 .
