Double-blind study of Anexate(TM) in benzodiazepine intoxication

The aims of this double-blind randomized study are: (i) Evaluation of the efficacy of flumazenil in reversing the central effects of benzodiazepine, taken alone or mixed with other drugs. (ii) Evaluation of the safety of treatment with flumazenil in this condition. (iii) Finding the optimal dose of flumazenil for pure benzodiazepine or mixed-drug overdoses and duration of the effects in each instance.
