In a complex electromagnetic environment, with digital signal processing as the core and supported by microelectronic technology, wireless communication devices with universality and scalability have seen extensive applications. This article proposes a highly reliable remote program loading and updating system for wireless communication devices. The system achieves internal program booting by tightly coupling the Digital Signal Processor (DSP) module and Field-Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) module, enabling functions like system initialization, online programming, and debugging. This article provides a detailed description of the system configuration environment, software design process, and simulation testing for system verification. Experimental results show that for highly integrated and difficult-to-disassemble embedded devices, this method optimizes functional performance and significantly reduces the time required for field program updates, supporting wireless real-time status detection for multiple devices over long distances. The approach demonstrates strong reliability, effectiveness, and practicality. It aims to improve wireless communication efficiency, reduce system maintenance costs, innovate wireless remote communication modes, and provides new avenues and valuable references for future research.
