Supplementary Figure S1 from Synergistic Loss of Prostate Cancer Cell Viability by Coinhibition of HDAC and PARP

<p>Prostate cancer cell lines, DU145 and PC-3, and a normal prostate epithelial cell line, RWPE-1 were grown in increasing dose of (a) SAHA (0.1μM to 10μM) and (b) Olaparib (0.1μM - 50μM) for 5 days. Cell viability was determined using the standard MTT assay at day 0, 1, 3 and 5. Graph represents mean cell viability (%) {plus minus} SD of three experiments performed in octuplicates.</p>
