摘要
In this paper, we propose the Legendre polynomial approach for investigating the vibrational analysis of transverse-type disk piezoelectric transformers, focusing on their performance under open-circuit output and short-circuit output conditions. The thin ceramic film utilized is fabricated from PZT5A and PIC151 (lead zirconate titanate) piezo-ceramic material. The analytical formulations are derived through the automatic incorporation of boundary conditions into the equations of motion and orthonormal polynomials of the fields. The paper provides insights into normalized electric admittance, resonance/antiresonance frequencies, as well as profiles of mechanical displacement and electrical potential for the piezoelectric transformers. Our findings are validated through a comprehensive comparison with analytical methods.
