摘要
According to the prior researches, the Carrier Collection Efficiency (CCE) of the solar cell containing Wire on Well (WoW) is higher than that of containing Multiple Quantum Well (MQW), and the carrier lifetime of WoW is longer than that of MQW; few studies, however, have focused on the effective carrier mobility of WoW. We evaluated the mobility of nano-structures and revealed that the carrier mobility of WoW is higher than that of MQW.
