摘要
Abstract It was critical to improve the flame retardant and washability of fiber. In this study, a durable flame retardant fiber (VF/PR‐DPCP) was developed by wet spinning through blending self‐made flame retardant (PR‐DPCP) and viscose slurry. The thermogravimetric analysis (TG) results showed that the residual amount of VF/PR‐DPCP‐25% at 600°C was 21 wt%, which was much higher than that of viscose fibers (VFs). Combustion test results showed that VF/PR‐DPCP‐25% had a limiting oxygen index (LOI) of 29.1%. Compared to VF, the heat release rate (HRR) and total heat release (THR) of VF/PR‐DPCP‐25% were reduced by 38% and 24%, respectively. The TG test after washing showed that the weight loss and carbon residue of VF/PR‐DPCP‐25% were almost unchanged before and after washing.
